We are back to school in Tacoma, and I almost forgot how much of a whirlwind the first week can be! Delivering large-screen laptops, making emergency large-print copies (of textbooks?!), and reassuring teachers that accommodations aren't scary but fun (and absolutely necessary) are just a few of the fun tasks (in addition to teaching!).

For Inclusive Imagination, we just finished our first tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) group with WA-DSB! We learned all about pre-vocational skills while, of course, casting fireballs and questing across deep ravines! Also, I was on a panel at PAX West (a nerdy conference in Seattle) presenting with Foundry10 on just that: how TTRPGs can positively influence student outcomes!

In other news, Access Calculator (our new app) is coming soon! And a big update is coming for Access Arcade! We've made the calculator modules their own app with more customization making it easier for adaptive-switch users to use and added and improved some of our gaming modules! More info below!

This is going to be epic! Access Calculator gives student, teachers, anyone the ability to customize their calculator to make navigating by adaptive switch (or gesture commands) that much easier! We might even include customizing the numbers! (We'll see!) And, of course, it's absolutely free to use!
